With the rapid development of our information society and since the development of warehouse management informationization has become the mainstream, warehouse management research dictates the quality of the information system. On one hand, it optimizes the management process for the enterprise and has great economic value. On the other, it increase work efficiency, with a certain degree of social value. These are the main points:1Because research simplified the process of storage, employee efficiency can be greatly improved, reducing the time goods remain in storage.2With reduction in personnel and the optimal use of available information, income of the enterprise can be proportionally increased.3In terms of corporate management, the information system can reduce the error of scientific thinking, improve management, and provide scientific data for future development.In this paper, JavaEE technology is implemented in logistics management, based on a browser/server mode (B/S mode) system. Genetic algorithm is used to picking path optimization, it is self-organizing, adaptive, intelligent and has good general applicability, the basic idea is simple, the steps are specified, convenient for engineering and large-scale storage systems, can meet the needs of large-scale storage systems. In this paper, the traditional adaptive genetic algorithm is improved, and the new algorithm has faster convergence speed and more reliable stability. In the running of the algorithm, the individual with high adaptability is kept, while the lower one is gradually disappearing, so the optimal solution is realized in complex problem.This paper firstly introduces the development background, purposes, and significance of the project. Next is the system planning, the warehousing and logistical systems based on investigation of real business processes, a detailed description of the organizational structure of the system, a complete analysis of the system’s requirements, its feasibility, and its process. Optimizing the business aspect of the system, after analysis, will achieve detailed design of database structure, the system operation interface, E-R Diagram and detail database tables.Finally, the functional and performance tests are completed, followed by analysis of test results.The operation of this logistical information system is suitable for the development of warehouse management processes, implemented in basic functional modules, The user can use each corresponding module to control the flow of goods and warehouse inventory and can make any necessary changes.
