Under the situation of market economy, the economy got rapid development whilethe market booming, which brings enterprises rapid development. Development comesalong with increasingly fierce competition, customers become the key factors to affectenterprise development in this form.Enterprises need to improve the communication with the client and make productpositioning after analyzing the market precisely to attract more customers, excavatingpotential customers and achieving the development of the enterprise.Therefore, theenterprise are paying more attention to the development and management of potentialcustomers.But currently domestic enterprise has not paid enough attention to potentialcustomers, as well as they are lack of the scientific and standardized management modeland system,which needs to establish a complete platform offering the management fromgaining the resources to tracking until to management of the potential client.The analysis of the enterprise is carried on based on research on the developmentand management of potential customer in the enterprises. Integrating all the businessrelated to the development and management of potential customer in together is todevelop the platform which can manage the operations associated with the developmentand management of potential customers effectively.This paper introduces the background of the system, the global developmentcurrently,basic theories of potential customers including the classification andcharacteristic and the development process as well as the technology and software usedduring the development of the system. And then the design target and the requirementsare analyzed.During the design,the system is divided into three parts which arepotential customers and intention management module, market activity managementmodule and master data management module. The detailed design is accomplished andthe database for this system is expounded. The system is realized by using C#as developlanguage and Oracle as DBMS.The last of the paper presents the results of therealization of the system.
