In the explosive age of internet and science and technology, the big data has aninestimable impact on the future. The insurance company shall improve the dataanalysis and index ability, which implies tremendous innovation opportunities. Thedevelopment of Internet is now helping the insurance company to satisfy theindividualized demand of customers better. The insurance company shall establish aset of rapid and efficient comprehensive customer information data analysis system,develop new channel and marketing means with the database and modern internettechnology, strengthen the relation between the company and customers, increase theadhesion degree of the company and customers, assist the company in decision,deploy the place of inspection vehicle and staff, etc. so as to provide rapid andefficient service experience for customers and create reputation for wining newcustomers. Substantial information of customers will be collected and accumulated,and the types of insurance projects that may be purchased by customers shall bepredicted after data analysis and treatment. Individualized service will be provided byaiming at each user, including the brand advertising, marketing means, etc. forsatisfying the customers’ demands to a maximum degree. The insurance company canapply the big data technology, establish data platform, dig the customers profoundly,improve the management ability of the insurance company, discover the deep demandof new customers for the insurance, and realize the stable development through theacquisition and integration of the customer information.Currently, targeting at the current customer information database managementstatus of the insurance companies, studies are mainly conducted for the customerinformation system of insurance companies from three aspects, including theinformation sharing, intelligent information inquiry and information analysis. The main achievements in technical study are shown as follows:(1) Information sharingWith SOA technology, the data sharing of customer information is realized,which can provides one-stop inquiry service to the business transaction and companydevelopment. It also supports the inquiry of the heterogeneous database, such asOracle, Sybase, SQLServer, MySqlserver, WebService, html, etc. The problems, suchas the inconsistent customer information, information sharing barrier, informationsafety loopholes, etc. shall be solved in time. Meanwhile, the workload of employeesin related department of the insurance company and the service quality shall beimproved.(2) Data centerBased on the dataset and data item of the informatizaion standard of insurancecompany, the datacenter shall be established, and a secure and standard databaseplatform shall be constructed. Through information sharing, the sharing of customerinformation data can be implemented for providing basis for the operation analysis ofinsurance companies.(3) Intelligent information inquiryThe inquiry of the relevance of mass information can be solved through theconstruction of intelligent inquiry of multiple inquiry conditions and big data analysis,which may provide comprehensive customer information, including the customerunderwriting information, claim settlement information, vehicle information, healthinformation, etc.(4) Information analysisAccording to the integrated data and business, the objectives and targets aredefined and analyzed, and correlation factors are selected to analyze thesix-dimension relation of customers, and strengthen the service and customerviscosity. The comprehensive customer information analysis is constructed throughanalyzing the estimated maintenance time, predicted driving routes, etc. so as toprovide supports to the decision of insurance companies. Research achievements in businessThe service of insurance company and common problems are studied. Thefollowing aspects of business are sorted out with the “big data” technology and SOAtechnology.(1) strengthening the incident data collection through the establishment of a dataacquisition system.(2) customer data from a high performance query, a multi angle, and latitudequery.(3) by building a high performance query analysis of the insurance situation,payment and other business conditions.(4) the construction of human factor, age, gender, comprehensive analysis ofdriving data.
