Study On System Of Survey And Assessment For Library Service Quality Based On Web

Computer information technology are applied to the survey and assessment of library service quality,the paper research some theory of service quality part of which are used in design of the system of survey and assessment for library service quality based on Web,developing the system of survey and assessment for library service quality based on Web and analyze the outcome.Main researches are listed as follows:（1）Theoretical research,the paper introduce some theory of service,briefly testifying the assessment model which was used in the system,and establish local index system which was used in designing the questionnaire of the system based on Web.The research establish the minimum satisfaction value of service quality SQ_MIN,after studying on the theory of the zone of tolerance（ZOT） and the value of service quality,and apply SQ_MIN and SQ to the system based on Web.（2）System design,system design goals and platform were constructed.Using UML,a constructing model language,to construct the advances demand model of system based on Web,the paper introduce the method of the database design,the functional design and the key technology of designing system.The key technology include:the developing technology which is JSP+JavaBean;the physical environment which is JDK1.6+Tomcat 6.0+SQL Server 2000;the key technology of functional design etc.（3）System application and results,the paper analyze the survey data and assess the library service quality by using function of data analysis.There are three aspect in analyze data as follows:①index analysis:the research analyze ZOT group by sex and frequency of using library of reader.②general assessment:SQ=77.67,SQ_MIN=71.67, SQ＞SQ_MIN,so reader is satisfied for library service quality.SQ don’t exceed 100,so reader isn’t exceited for library service quality.③the fluency factor of ZOT:there are three hypotheses:H1:The readers group by sex have significant differences in tolerance width for library service quality;H2:the readers group by different frequency of using library have significant regional differences in tolerance width for the library service quality;H3:the ideal expectation value for library service of readers group by frequency of using library were significantly different,the paper test those hypotheses by SPSS 15.0 and give the conclusion...
