| The IC Security system is the most basic means in providing payment security,identity recognition and communication security in City IC Card application. Theimportance of security system to the city card application and promotion is obvious.From the year1999up to now, the IC System has been applied in more than170cities of China. It covers most of the big cities and is used in more public areasbesides transportations, including scenic parks, digital community, small consumer,water supply, heating, and gas supply. However, these systems are still using secureauthentication mode based on symmetric security system, and many are still applyingM1card which has a rather low securtity level as medium. At the same time, due tosome historical reasons, some of the City IC Cards have security systems that meetthe standard formulated by the ministry, while some of them hold the security systemdeveloped by the enterprises. The separated and independent security system seriouslyaffects the application security of City IC Card. Therefore, the application ofasymmetric security system and digital certificates based on CA safety certificationensures the healthy development of our country city card system, and it is of greatsignificance to achieve the City Card cross regional city and industry applications.This paper is through the security system analysis of existingdomestic city card system, based on the state password policy as the guide, basedon the existing standard as the basis, with the minimum balance status, smoothtransition, the price for the principle. According to these, the essay puts forward toan overall construction scheme of city card security system based on CAauthentication, and has a research for the security system using dispersionmechanism research of province and city two levels. At last, have adouble-certificate, double-center design plan of CA certification.As a result, this paper has some reference value for the development andconstruction of the national standard city card. |
