| The Self-Organizing Network (SON) is very important aspect for the operators whoare interested to minimize capital expenditures and operational expenditures (OPEX). Theintroduction of self-configuring and self-optimizing mechanisms is driving us to theSelf-Organization Network. SON is the key determinant to achieve automatic radiotransmission in Long Term Evolution networks system; Thereby, reducing the cost andtime consumption. The researcher shows an algorithm for automatic configuration ofneighbor cell lists (NCL) in LTE and how to continuously update the systems. However, the transmission techniques still experiencing network interference. This limits themaximum use of the channel capacity which is given by signal to interference noise ratio(SINR). The project will be oriented on the mitigating interference and will give anoverview of the recent developments of a promising mitigation technique so called intercell interference coordination (ICIC).Indeed, OFDMA is chosen for the Downlink in E-UTRAN because it allowssimultaneous low data rate transmission from several users. Nevertheless, the transmissionexperiences inter cell interference. In this work, the researcher use ICIC techniques tohandle the interference. Furthermore, a simulation results shows that this algorithmreduces interference between adjacent cells hence leading to the increase in throughputand reduction of BLER. |
