Design And Implementation Of A Mobile Office Client Rapid Deployment System

Mobile office refers to working with his own devices, these devices include personalcomputers, mobile phones, tablets and other intelligent terminals. Smart terminal allowsemployees to send and receive company e-mails, access company’s resources, processcompany’s business in anywhere and anytime, in which way mobile office is done. Thepurpose of this paper is to achieve a rapid deployment of a mobile office client. Afterinstalling the client, entering the account information, with an authentication request to theserver, users can get the access to the network of the company.Rapid deployment of mobile office client system is designed and implemented in JSF+Spring+Hibernate framework, using Java as the development language. The jscep opensource code is used to apply certificates automatically while the OpenSSL command-lineprogram is called to convert certificate format. The ant packaging tool is used in clientpackaging and uploading. According to the software engineering methods, this paperconducts a requirement analysis of this system, and gives the use case diagram, as well asthe module division and system architecture design. Then the core module designs andsystem architecture designs are discussed at all levels,followed by the dissertation of somekey issues involved in the system implementation and architecture designs to achieve inall levels. Finally, the typical application of the system is introduced.The system provides client download, automatic application and issue of certificates,client management and other functions, in which way the objective of client deployed onsmart terminal equipments rapidly and automatically is achieved. Via installing, runningand testing the deployment of the system, the desired effect is achieved.
