With the coming of technology and the information age, business have followed the trendand joined the tide of information management. The real estate industry is one of them. Inthe context of trying to adapt information, the "smart community" came into being. Theoverall objectives of the wisdom community are: the use of modern technology, the effectiveintegration of air defense, anti-matter and anti-technology, creating convenient, comfortableand safe living environment for residents.This paper based on the requirements of the East Lake Pearl smart community. The mainwork of this paper are:Using related computer software technologies to provide technicalsupport for system development, Computer software related technologies include databasetechnology, network technology, and software architecture theory. According to the systemrequirement analysis, we confirm the system overall architecture design and process designof each subsystem in this paper, determine the system main function module is the real-timeinformation query and video-monitoring module, all systems are needed for real-timeinformation query module, alarm subsystem is need linkage with video monitoring system;We finish the detail design part of the complete system, including the detailed design ofsubsystems and database design, we give different entrance to the administrator and theresident, they have different functions; System implementation, carry out the function ofmain modules, and complete most of the function of each subsystem, mainly includes theinformation collection and data input, data query and display, online to read electronic books,etc.The subsystems of the system contain video intercom system, fire alarm systems, burglaralarm systems, video surveillance systems, digital libraries and database managementsystems.
