In network technology and the hardware and software under the background of the era ofrapid development, the enterprises gradually expand the scale of production operation system,in order to allocate resources, timely treatment failure, and comprehensive monitoring system,and in the daily will produce a lot of faults in the monitoring system and alarm, along with themonitoring equipment and monitoring types and an increase in the number of items,operations staff every day in the face of a large number of alarm the co-action of alarmcorrelation analysis and mining is particularly important, therefore, to design an effectivealarm correlation model, help operations staff, accurate positioning and solve problems;Before failure to eliminate some possible hidden danger, make the operation of system health.This article first has carried on the alarm correlation analysis research dynamic review athome and abroad, this paper expounds the definition of data mining and its theory and thebasic concept of alarm correlation, the fundamental principle of association rule mining, themain idea of the Apriori algorithm for mining association rules, comprehensive monitoringsystem, and expounds the fault and alarm handling mechanism, model of health degree wasdesigned by the use of analytic hierarchy process (ahp) algorithm with neural networkalgorithm to calibrate the alarm threshold and optimization, combined with the status quo ofthe current system, the design of a monitoring and control system based on data mining modelof alarm correlation, which contains based on attribute association and based on the frequencyof two sub-modules, associated with database access, to simulate the actual alarm data resultsand analysis, to show that the model in production operation in the operation of themonitoring system has good practicability.
