Intelligent inspection system for chemical industry is developed to strengthenmanagement of quality control, to increase staff efficiency and to enhance informationof companies. With development of computer science, network communication, anddata base technology, many professional information acquisition systems have beenestablished aiming at hazmat management, petrochemical engineering safety, andenvironmental monitoring in chemical companies. Because of heavy workload, wideworking range, and complex details, most companies still adopt traditional hand-keptrecording method. When new technology is developed and becomes popular,hand-kept recording method appears more and more insufficient. The main propose ofthe present research is on solution of smart on-site inspection.The main content of the current dissertation focuses on design and realization ofintelligent inspection system. Regarding actual inspection work in company, thesystem includes a hand-held mobile terminal and a server. The hand-held mobileterminal is technically supported by Android and NFC operating system, and isdeveloped with JAVA language. Its main functions include inspection management,recording management, data exchange, photographing management and systemsetting. The server system developed using C#language under Microsoft.NETplatform. It realizes inspection management, data browsing search and inquiring,inspection data analysis and statistics, and system management, so that informationexchange between inspectors and managers is enhanced.A detailed business process and function frame are provided in the present studybased on review of company inspection work flow and management methods. Byusing optimization of data structure and database, real-time synchronization withremote data with advanced3G mobile internet technology, CNT, and informationcollecting and processing technology, an advanced digital management platform isformed. Such platform is a composition system which has functions of dataintegration and resource sharing based on database application, technical informationcollection and processing technology with Web Service including user management,inspection management, data collecting, data analysis, report generation. The platformmay also regulate traditional inspection work, and provide accurate daily workquantifiable management, with strong feasibility and practicability...
