Design And Implementation Of "Safe Yizhuang" Gridding Servicesystem Of Social Management

Grid, in terms of space, is an intertwining connection layout after dividing a largearea into some small areas. Gridding service is a process that the government dividesthe service objects into grids in the field of city management and social service, anduses information technology to collect, supervise, manage, answer and completemulti-direction communication among people, places, incidents, objects, andorganizations.Currently, gridding social management service system utilizes the ‘digital citymanagement’ to realize the management and business innovation in order to increasethe quality of social management and public service combined with localcharacteristics. Gridding social management service is extension and expansion ofurban gridding management service.The article will design the gridding social management information system andmake it realized through researching the conditions of city management in BeijingDaxing Yizhuang Town to help the government officials manage the information insocial field. The system design and realization use the SOA system, J2EE language,ArcGIS tools software and Oracle database software.
