With the process of economic globalization and mushroomed rapid growth in e-commerce, the development of modern logistics is in the ascendant. Being the most concentrated area of modern logistics, city is the center of logistics, business flow, cash flow, information flow and human resources while influencing the development of surrounding cities and villages. On the one hand, each city has to face with the problems of reforming of original city logistic distribution and constructing a scientific modern city logistic distribution network, because of the readjusting of the spatial layout of urban functions in the overall plan of city sustainable development. On the other hand, the restrictions and prohibitions for trucks transporting in cities increase the delivery costs of distribution enterprises although it alleviates the present traffic pressure to some extent. Therefore, it is a problem to be solved that constructing a scientific and reasonable city logistics distribution network, in the considering of the city economic development, the readjustment of the spatial layout of urban functions, the improvement of urban transportation, the urban infrastructure and so on. This problem is directly related to the efficiency of urban infrastructure role play, but also determines the development of urban manufacture and circulation and the status of urban living.Based on the analysis of the current situation and problems of city logistics distribution, this article puts forward to build the special transportation channel for distribution, which linking efficiently between the city entrepot and the transfer distribution, so as to construct the hub-and-spoke city logistics distribution network. After that, an optimization model is established to optimize the hub-and-spoke city logistics distribution network. The discrete quantum particle swarm algorithm is designed to solve this model. Finally, this article tables some proposals in the actual construction of the hub-and-spoke city logistics distribution network. The main research contents of this thesis are as follows:1. First, the necessity and significance of the study in the construction of hub-and-spoke city logistics distribution network is putting forward according to the current status of Chinese city logistics distribution. To make it better, we make a summary of the current research on city logistics distribution network.2. The thesis builds a hub-and-spoke city logistics distribution network by the background knowledge of hub-and-spoke network. After that, we analysis those various elements in this network and point out the key problems on this study: distribution location problem and the vehicle routing problem.3. To optimize the hub-and-spoke city logistics distribution, this thesis constructs a combining location-routing-inventory(CLRIP) optimization model according to the hub-and-spoke city logistics distribution network topology. The discrete quantum particle swarm optimization(QDPSO) algorithm is designed for the problem, combining with examples to test.4. Finally, this thesis takes some proposals to the construction of the hub-andspoke city logistics distribution network into actual work. These proposals mainly conclude: strengthen the function and scale of the city logistics distribution center; structure the special transportation channel for distribution; construct the information platform of the hub-and-spoke city logistics distribution network; develop the professional tools in city logistics distribution.
