With the development of the society and the improvement of living standards, people has higher requirement on food safety and quality. Global ocean fishing was more stable, aquaculture has become an important means of countries to meet the high quality of aquatic products. China is a fishing power country that its annual output reached 40 million tons, but the breeding automation and mechanization level is low, which limited the development of the Aquaculture. Combining aquaculture and computer vision is available in many countries. It is a powerful manner which can make aquaculture more accuracy and efficient.Presently the problem in computer image technology has effected combining the basic theory research and mariculture. In order to improve the management efficiency and increase the aquaculture farming production to provide certain reference, In this paper, by using computer technology, analysis the track of farmed fish to statistics the bait particles in aquaculture, calculate the area of residual shrimp ponds, Mainly includes the following three parts:First of all, the reash of real-time fish moving target detection imaging system can collect image of fish swimming, and send it to computer by OK image capture card. The method uses VC language to programme and process date. The method can extract the fish the moving track by pretreatment, binary-Conversion, morphological processing and edge detection. Connected component analysis can sign the fish swimming track. With edge detection a moving point of the fish target was found.The second part is the analyzing of shrimp ponds feces. With the simulating of oxygening and defecating of actual shrimp ponds, we can get the shrimp swimming track with the current velocity is 24cm/s, and the angle between spray pipe and the wall is 30 degrees. in order to extract the edge of calculating the residual waste area bait,we can clip video, transform image and format transformation to get the area of residual feeds by compared and enhanced denoise. The method is a credible theoretical gist for the best effect of sewage.The third is automatic monitoring and early warning system of baits. Through the glass image that reflect the aquatic water, we can analyze the image by computer, after that, we find out the number of the baits in the aquatic water. When the area ratio is higher than a certain amount, the computer will prompt and warn the superabundant baits.
