The Analysis Of Hunan TV Livelihood News Columns "City 1 Time"

In order to completely change the central-regional situation of two level stations and promote the development of media field in China, the “4-levels TV” policy has been proposed in the National Broadcasting conference in 1983. This policy has brought many opportunities of establishing and developing the local television stations which is regarded as chances as well as challenges. Local TV stations have used this chance to broadcast a series of TV news of people’s livelihood in the basic principle of close to people, close to life and close to reality. This kind of TV news has gained a pie for themselves of local television stations in the fierce competitive environment, however, acquiring the high audience rating while brought its problems that is difficult to hide. Obviously, this worrisome situation is caused by the immature practice of prominent TV news of people’s livelihood.For retaining the essence and discarding the dross of TV news of people’s livelihood as to let it becoming an important part of the TV news field in China. Firstly, the method of literature to card "people’s livelihood" connotation and the news concept of TV news of people’s livelihood is used in my paper, analyzing that the prosperous of TV news of people’s livelihood is not a coincidence but the integrated result that is caused by political factors, economic factors, cultural factors and its own propagate factors. Secondly, case analysis and text analysis of TV news of people’s livelihood "city 1 time" which is representative in Hunan area even nationwide is also used in my paper and lead to the conclusion that the throughout of the supervision for public opinion and unique characteristic section and strong distinction of Huxiang Culture is always existing. Analyzing the column with the comparative study of law, we find out that the shortages of "city 1 time" and other TV news of people’s livelihood columns are abuse of "people", imbalance of quality and quantity, misreading of positive and negative and the traditional way, etc. At last, using the Internet thought, my paper puts forward sustainable development suggestions of the TV news of people’s livelihood combining the high data background, the connotation of people’s livelihood and the functions of journalism——the first is to return to the origin of people’s livelihood and establish real examples for the people. The second is to abandon quantity but quality and to write the news in "3-levels" TV news of people’s livelihood. The third is to eliminate the misunderstanding of broadcasting and to advocate the mainstream voice of our society, and the fourth is to widen the ways of broadcasting and to innovate the ways of expressing.In addition, through the multidimensional and comprehensive discussion of the "city 1 time", we can draw a conclusion that the TV news of people’s livelihood is born to compensate the lack of other news forms and to provide reference values for their sustainable developments.
