With the rapid development of social and economic reform and opening up, the car market is also developing rapidly in the country, especially along with the improvement of people’s living standards, private cars is developing rapidly, accompanied by increasingly serious traffic problems, such as said traffic safety, environmental pollution, traffic congestion, energy shortages and a series of countries in the world pay attention to the issue. On the other hand, with the development of technology, people’s needs are becoming increasingly diverse, original car special, becomes now someone special, the concept of the ideal car life is gradually popular. Telematics (The Internet of Vehicles, IOV) is an important part of things, each branch in the development of the Internet of Things is also more rapid. Telematics refers to the automotive electronics technology used in automobiles, the use of mobile communication technology, network technology, cloud computing, virtual machine migration technology to cars and trucks, cars and people, carried out between the vehicle and the RSU information exchange, resource sharing technology to the vehicle intelligent management of the existing transportation system to become more intelligent.System architecture in this paper is divided into three parts vehicle networking, car mobile terminal equipment onboard unit in vehicle networking systems architecture the third layer, the roadside unit network hub as the second layer, centralized control of data network Center as a layer on top. Vehicles node transfers carry their own resources and the acquisition of resources to the site to AP, AP site and then sorting process according to different kinds of information. This information may flow are:First, the roadside unit will transmit this information back to the network center, network center to use this information to process; the second is the transmission of information between the roadside unit, making similar roadside units to share information; Third, the roadside after the information processing unit back again to the onboard unit, on-board unit controls or the onboard unit makes use of such information.This paper introduces the MP2P in car networking application and application software development, first introduced the background and significance of the subject, then introduced the relevant technology, P2P and MP2P then introduced several commonly used resource location algorithm, resource location algorithm is proposed for MP2P environment, and finally, a detailed account of the project software and hardware implementations.With the traditional C/S architecture different, MP2P used in automotive networking can be achieved in the network nodes share resources, alleviate the bandwidth pressure RSU, with a certain degree of innovation and practicality.
