| The Internet of Things technology, following the Fourth World IT wave of computer technology, network technology and mobile communications technology after, gained in importance in today’s world, and even some countries regards it as a national strategy. Extensive networking technology applications, industrial areas, especially in the small scale. This paper designs used in the development and application of small-scale embedded monitoring network node based on the Internet of Things.This paper analyzes the Internet of Things technology, embedded systems, and monitoring the development of network technology at home and abroad basic overview,which is given of the three-tier structure of things:perception layer, network layer and application layer. It focuses on the perception of things based layer network node design and development process, and a brief overview of the network layer and application layer working mechanism.Embedded monitoring network nodes based on this design of things mainly by the real-time clock unit, interactive interface unit, a data storage unit, real-time data acquisition unit, switch output control unit, fault detection and alarm unit and RS-485 bus communication unit, CAN bus communication unit, wireless communication unit or the like, which gives the functional modules of software and hardware implementations. Implemented features include:pressure sensor data acquisition and display, counter data acquisition, display and storage temperature of the heater control switch output, battery valves and pumps, ultrasonic ranging wireless, etc., through 485, CAN communication or wireless communication to achieve and information exchange with the host computer transmission for a good purpose to achieve real-time monitoring.Finally, in order to verify the reliability of this design embedded monitoring network nodes can be applied,it will be applied to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Lanzhou University of ISM band wireless meter reading system and Gansu Desert Control Research Institute of Desert Plants Lysimeter field to validate the design effect. The results show that the project runs:This design-based embedded networking monitoring network nodes running in good condition, reliable performance indicators to achieve functional system design, has good versatility in the field of small and medium scale industrial control. |
