Network video monitoring technology has become the important means of security of the society because of its strong practicality and greatly satisfaction for the requirements of the people,especially in the field of home guard, it has more and more important position.This paper developed a 3G embedded remote site monitoring technology, which not only meets the need of users, but also reflects the digital, intelligent and networking features of the current embedded monitoring technology.3G embedded remote site monitoring technology application development platform is an ARM9 development board, and set up a "VMware Workstation+CentOs 6.0" environment on a PC, using the C language to complete the preparation of the application on the Linux operating system.3G embedded remote site monitoring system’s video capture module is to get on a V4L2 video capture through a USB camera, then get the YUV format video data and put into the ARM processor; H.264 video coding module is to compress the YUV format video data through the coding program to obtain H.264 video frame and put into the video buffer; network transmission module is to make the H.264 video frame packeted into RTP packet through the RTP/RTCP protocol; video receiver module is to use the ActiveX controls to achieve the video data,RTP decapsulation,H.264 video decode and display; Finally, combine with the DDNS dynamic DNS technology and CGI programs, the video data can be sent to the public network via 3G module, So that users can watch the video in real time.The test results show that the system is normal and achieve the desired effect, users can view a clearer picture in real-time by the PC monitor or smartphone. |
