| Recorder equipment are used widly by high speed transport of airplane and automobile to record the operation parameters and memeory information in real time for later analysis and research. An airborne control recorder equipment base on Nand Flash is designed and present in this paper which be used to validate the radio communication accuracy of aerospace product.An design scheme of control record equipment base on NandFlash be present to realize the data record method. Applied research of date record method is studied in this paper, the software and hardware design of control record equipment and the data how to export are mainly described. The main device is FPGA, and how to read, write and remove data, how to manage files with NandFlash are mainly researched, and then a data exported scheme for Nand Flash by USB interface is disgned.FPGA is choosed as main control chip, NandFlash is memory chip, with USB interface and other chips make up the hardware. Besides, there are RS-422 interface module and power supply module.Software is the key point of this task which made up of three assemblies, such as the record and control software running in FPGA, the communication and control software running in CY7C68013, and the data analyse software running in computer. The record and control software receive data from RS-422 interface and memory it in Nand Flash. The communication and control software act asynchronous FIFO on USB transfers. The sata analyse software save the exported record data in disk of computer.In the end, software test and system function test result are list. The experiment results show the control recorder meet the design requirement. Compared with similar special control recorder, the advantages of this control recorder are small volume, low power consumption, no external power supply, short time of data export, well deal with "be shut down" to prevent "file flagmentation". |
