The Cross-organizational Workflow Management Based On Dynamic Synergy

The development of IT and economy shows globalization, collaboration and diversification, which requires mutual collaboration and shares information among different organizations and departments. A dynamic alliance organization will be created, when a business process activity involves multiple organizations or departments, which need to cooperate with each other and make a collaborative operation. The dynamic alliance provides a platform for different organizations to support cross-organizational business and inter-organizational business processes synergy in the distributed heterogeneous environment. Therefore, cross-organizational collaborative business has become the focus research among organizations and departments.Synergy among different organizations need workflow, workflow engine, dynamic synergy, and distributed database to provide the theoretical support for analysis, design and implementation. The paper combines the needs of fishing vessel inspection systems and uses Petri nets to draw dynamic alliance processes. It raises a shared view to share data with other organizations, which relies on a unified platform and the same data standards provided by dynamic alliance. The data were dynamic transferred through the interface and distributed database technology, which solves the problem of heterogeneous issue. In addition, according to organization data usage view, it hides private data and improves system security. Meanwhile, the article analyzes and integrates the code to simplify the system processes and development.Finally, the dynamic synergy model is applied to the ZhouShan fishing vessel inspection management, which improves the management situation before the chaos, and makes a effective supervision of the local fishing vessels and marine products businesses. In addition, members of the alliance transfer the data through the data interface, which farthest retain existing business systems and reduce business costs.
