The Design And Implementation Of Electronic Operations Duty Management System For Mobile Company In Jining

With the development of information technology, competitions among major telecom operators are severe. Homogenization problem of network management and quality optimization has been showed up which are no longer the advantages competitors longing for. The competitive advantage of future telecom business will not only reflect on the network service quality but also on the supporting and position of an operation and maintenance system in the market. However, the traditional operation and maintenance system cannot meet the needs of market’s supporting and position due to its low efficiency. In this case, the company has developed a Jining mobile company electronic operation and maintenance duty management system.In the analysis, design and implementation of the system, we use a lot of software engineering’s ideas and design skills which mainly include object-oriented software design, UML modeling language, relational database design, B/W/S design patterns. VISIO2007 is used to conduct a requirements analysis and design. Based on.Net Framework4.0 platform, we apply ASP.NET programming technique and C# programming language to complete the system. Realization of the system database is built on SQL Server 2012. During the testing phase of software, based on software engineering theory and techniques we conduct the functional and non-functional tests to enhance the system.Basic system management, system configuration management, task plan management, arrangement on duty table management, duty log management, log query management and distributed task management are realized in the system. Basic system management covers system user management, system initialization design, user authority management. System configuration management covers computer room type configuration, department’s computer room configuration, log column configuration, computer room and log column configuration, computer room shift configuration. Task plan management covers developing a work plan and scheduling work plan. Arrangement on duty table management covers arrangements duty table, modify duty table and duty inquiry. Duty logs management is the core function which covers duty management, logs management of duty, job log management, execution task plan management, foreign personnel records management, records management of loaned items, sending and receiving text records management and monitor memo management. Log query management covers work log review, duty log review, shift work plan query and monitor memo inquiry. Distributed task management covers pending tasks, approved tasks and system maintenance.Operating of Jining mobile company electronic operation and maintenance duty management system facilitates computer rooms’ operation and maintenance, saving time and efforts and bringing a new vitality to the informatization and management of Jining mobile company.
