| ObjectiveThis research has two parts. At the first part, the study research medical cases about psoriasis randomized controlled trialfrom 1994-2013 based on Chinesejournal literature.The research summary the kind of Chinese version of psoriasis clinical efficacy evaluation tools and analyze the application of tools. At the second part, the study summary evaluation methods of Chinese curative effect tool for psoriasis include reliability, validity, responsiveness and acceptability. We expect the final research can offer help to clinical.Methods1.The study selected three kinds of database, such as "Chinese Scientific Journals Full-text Database", "China Biology Medicine disc", "China Dissertation Database". The establishment of retrieval time for 1994-2013. The retrieval words are divided into two parts:â‘ psoriasis, alphas,white mange; â‘¡Clinical observation, clinical evaluation, clinical trials and clinical effect, clinical research, curative effect, evaluation research, prospective, follow-up, comparative study, multicenter, randomized, controlled, case reports, case studies, case classification and case reports. Search logic is â‘ and â‘¡.The number of Literaturesare12403. From sorting out the psoriasis cases of medicine treatment on randomized clinical trials literature, eliminate the noisy, incomplete medical records. Last a total of 1736 cases.2. The information collected is split. It is split four parts, such as Psoriasis parting, Psoriasis in installment, Clinical intervention methods such as traditional Chinese medicine or Western medicine or combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment, and the types of Psoriasis efficacy evaluation tools. Then input them into background EXCEL software system. Psoriasis Medical Records original database is built. By use of Excel statistics, analysis the use of evaluation tools of psoriasis about randomized controlled trial.3. The study got 8 kind of clinical measures of psoriasis from 1736 cases. They are included PASI(Psoriasis area and severityindex),DLQI(Dermatology Life Quality Index), PDI(psoriasisdisabilityindex),SCL-90(Symptom Checklist 90), DQOLS(The Dermatology Quality of Life Scale), BASDAI(Bath Ankylosing Spondylitis Disease Activity Index), BASF1. Based on the databases, such as "Chinese Scientific Journals Full-text Database", "China Biology Medicine disc", "China Science Periodical Database", the study retrieve the collected literature about the above tool evaluation or assessment.4. From sorting out the psoriasis cases of medicine treatment on randomized clinical trials literature, eliminate the noisy, incomplete medical records. Last a total of 12 cases. Data were extracted on the internal structure, reliability, and validity of the included questionnaires.Results1. In the 1736 literature cases, the study of psoriasis vulgarism has 1539(88.6%) cases. The study about postural psoriasisarticle has 90 cases (5.1%). Comprehensive article of psoriasis vulgarism has 212 cases. The study about active stage of psoriasis has 72Articles.2. In the analysis of intervention, pure western medicine treatment of the literature has for 775 cases (44.6%), the traditional Chinese medicine treatment has for 459 cases (26.4%), combining Chinese and western medicine treatment has for 450 cases (26%). The article about western medicine comprehensive treatment has the largest number, for 430 cases (24.7%), followed by oral medicine,358 cases (20.6%).3.After analyzing the curative effect of used tools in 1736 literature, the curative effect of tools for the PASI is commonly used in literature, a total of 926 (53,3%).Followed by traditional Chinese medicine industry standards,548 (31.6%).Then the integrated tools 176 (10.1%).There are 12 (0.70%) cases about the quality of life measurement4. There are 12 articles about the quality of Chinese version of psoriasis evaluationtool which DLQI assessment for nine cases, PASI questionnaire assessment for 2 cases, and DQOLS assessment for one article. The diseases from the literatures had involved in the assessment of psoriasis, acne, chronic urticaria, leprosy.ConclusionPsoriasis vulgarism is given the priority in the research patients. The advantage to Traditional Chinese Medicine makes a hot research on the treatment ofpsoriasis. From the conclusion, PASI is commonly used in domestic psoriasis randomized controlled trials because it appeared early and measured by scaling, erythema, and infiltration.
