The Design And Implementation Of The ERP Infrastructure Financial Control System Of The Power Industry

With the progress and development of the society, market competition between enterprises is increasingly fierce and enterprises have begun to constantly seek new ways on how to get victory in the battle. As a kind of enterprise management thoughts of new era, EPR’s successful application abroad has brought huge improvement space to enterprises, which makes the ERP draw more and more attention of domestic enterprises.This article is mainly based on the comprehensive on-line ERP financial control system of a power group company, with the combination of its practical plight, it analyzed the improved management of enterprise brought by the launched ERP financial control system, as which a starting point, I mainly introduced the implementation of the infrastructure management and control module system of the financial control system which I personally participated in, and further gave an introduction in detail to the tremendous changes of enterprises brought by the infrastructure management and control system from requirement analysis, functional design, and system operation.This paper started with the infrastructure projects’ demand of financial management during the period of infrastructure construction, then analyzed the necessity of the set-up of the construction control system to the enterprises and the feasibility of the on-line of the infrastructure management control system in a group company.According to the demand of the group at present on the system, based on the problems existing in the infrastructure projects of the group subordinate subsidiary, combined with the processing and realization of the system’s existing problems, this paper analyzed the transform of the actual construction management brought by the online control system. For the design part, it mainly introduced the system’s enterprise business process corresponding on the design idea of" budget estimate as the outline, business as the mainline, four correspondences as the basis ",and described the concrete realization process of each business function of node in the system and the interface between the infrastructure management control system and the each module of the financial management and control business,then it told the story of the data processing architecture of system design and attached it with some test cases before the online of the system, studied and discussed the feasibility of the project’s financial management informatization in construction period and the huge benefits of the infrastructure financial management brought by ERP’s application. The paper also summarized the implementation method of the ERP construction control system and the approach needed to refill in the process of implementing, which aimed to a better construction of the control system.The benefits of enterprise’s construction financial management brought by the successful application of infrastructure management control system is understandable, but the way of the system to deal with the complicated business process in construction period is still single, which will not be able to achieve flexible adjust to changing circumstances. At present, the way to improve the system so as to achieve the implementation of the infrastructure projects’all services in the system is still worth our further research.
