The Design And Implementation Of Information Pushing System For Ip Phone Based On Java EE

With the development of the enterprises’ informatization, some unit began to use the multifunctional IP phone. But the function of the IP phone is less. In order to show the benefits of the IP phone and make the information-transfer between staffs more convenient, based on the learning and research on IP phone, Java EE, rich client technology, according to the unit’s business needs, using the IP communication technology, designed a information-pushing system to develop the IP phone. The system makes the information-transfer between staffs, personal information query, weather condition query, the tail number of the limit line query, business statistics and other functions possible.The system uses Glass Fish to construct the basic architecture of Java EE server. The Client of the system is composed by the PC manage terminal and the IP phone terminal. The former is designed for the information administrator, and the latter is for the ordinary user. As for the PC manage terminal, well operability, local access ability and user experience are the keys to improve the work efficiency. So we use Java rich client technology which has strong interaction to implement it. Through the information manage system, the administrator create new messages, select the recipients, and send the message. On the side of the recipient, they check the message they received. Then, the function of information pushing implemented. For the configuration of the IP phone, we use the CUCM system to allocate the group, the area and the search space, and set up the calling routing and add new equipments etc.And thanks to the IP phone service of Cisco system, the Cisco IP phone have the powerful www ability to allow the user to experience the intelligent web application, and dynamic and interactive communication function. Nowadays, many manufacturers are trying to make the traditional PBX solutions more personalized. But the solutions they developed usually adopted patent technologies, which makes the equipment not only more complex, but also quit expensive. However, Cisco IP phone service provides the IP phone the customized function, which can take the advantages of the intelligent network applications to improve the efficiency of the staff.
