| The conventional fuzzy controller for its simple structure, strong robustness, does not need the accurate mathematical model of controlled object and the advantages of rough adjustment fast,so it is widely applied in control field. However, the conventional fuzzy controller is a nonlinear PD controller, the problems of adjust the "dead zone" also exist in the control process, the control accuracy is not high, so cannot be applied in the control accuracy is relatively higher.There are several kinds of method to improve the control precision, such as the fuzzy controller and PID controller are composed of composite fuzzy controller, do not change the controller structure, with the theory of domain contraction method makes the control precision improve, these methods can improve the control precision fuzzy controller in a certain extent, but the effect of the application is not obvious. The fuzzy controller is essentially a kind of interpolation, this paper makes some research on the angle of interpolation to improve the control precision of ordinary fuzzy controller. In order not to increase the complexity of the fuzzy controller, this paper focuses on the study of online interpolation fuzzy control rules table with two yuan of Taylor formula with remainder, the control effect is equal to the control rules table inserted between the output of the adjacent points a lot of subdivided control rules, so as to achieve the aim of increasing control precision.Through the establishment of simplified mathematical model of the control system, and respectively using interpolation fuzzy controller and the conventional fuzzy controller do some simulation the mathematical model, so as to verify the excellent properties of the interpolation fuzzy controller. From the comparison of the simulation results, the interpolation fuzzy control is better than the conventional fuzzy control in control quality.This paper studies interpolation fuzzy control without increasing other controller structures, the dynamic performance of the system has been greatly improved, the steady state performance is improved significantly, can satisfy the requirement of high precision control. To further improve the accuracy of fuzzy controller study has certain reference value, also has considerable application value for engineering practice. |
