Employees need to check on the network about business-related information and sol utions regularly,but with the rapid development of internet.the imformation exploded in re cent years,it is an important problem that how imformation can be shared and communic ated effectively in the company.The recent solution is based on the sharing of web links.w hich achieves basic functions but also has many problems:on the one hand,an excess of advertisements and useless imformation affects activity and efficiency of reading,on the other hand, web imformation overload has bad effects on accuracy and efficiency of imformation retrieval.To solve this problems,the system of imformation sharing and communication for enterprice is designed and implemented,which is named NISCS(Neverout Imformation Sharing and Communication System).Based on text extraction,uses webpage content is used as imformation resources and functions of sharing and communicating are implemented.In this paper,the main work is as follows:(1) Research some systems of imformation sharing and communicating and study some text extraction algorithms.(2) Describe the related technical backgroud,including related technologies of text extraction,collaborative filtering algorithm and implementation technologies.(3) Accroding to the NISCS system requirements analysis, overall design and detailed design of the structure and function of each module of the NISCS system.In addition,introduces the design of database.(4) Introduce implementation of NISCS system,especially text extraction module.The system uses text extraction algorithm to extract text of webpages and uses SSH framework to achieve the functions of imformation sharing and communication.The system has been completed and currently in beta stage.
