In electronics, information technology, science and technology and industrial production booming today, for the object type surface contour, geometry, various molds and measurements difficult free-form surfaces and surface deformation increases, the accuracy requirements are also increasingly higher, especially as measuring aeroengine impeller blades, this class of small curvature geometric surface components, their geometry and size determines its performance, and the shape error leaves a direct impact energy aeroengine conversion efficiency, so the component surface during mechanical processing time for their type surface contour accuracy requirements are very high However, changing the angle of the blade airfoil and space, the size of the complex to its high-precision 360° full-size three-dimensional profile measurement caused great difficulties. Currently, research techniques and methods of measuring vane is becoming more mature, but still leaves the measurement method, there are some, such as the measurement accuracy is not high enough to measure relatively low efficiency and high cost measurement.For the shortcoming and difficulties of measuring method of the aero-engine blade surface profile measurements exist, this paper carried out a series of studies. For these problems to the surface contours of the objects subject to study and explore methods of measurement, looking for a high accuracy, high efficiency measurement, the measurement can be used for relatively low-cost aviation engine blade surface, cross-sectional profile, geometry measurements and other objects surface profile measurement method is very practical significance.The main research work is as follows:(1) Access to relevant information and literature, research currently available measurement methods blades and our existing research based on the use of phase measurement profilometry aero engine blade surface, cross-sectional profile and geometry for high precision measurement studies;(2) propose a multi-angle blade surface contour point cloud data fusion method achieves high-precision three-dimensional profile of the blade surface 360° full-size high-precision measurement; (3) To test the performance of phase measurement profile system, the objects of surface flatness and surface texture were measured and analyzed; (4) In order to further improve the efficiency and accuracy measurements, this research process of the calibration method and system camera calibration method was further research, and the original experimental system improved calibration method. Finally, the experimental data showed an improved method for system calibration measurement accuracy can meet the system requirements;...
