The Research And Design Of Imusic System Based On Content Distribution Network

With the rapid development of the broadband network technology, especially on the explosive growth of large flow business represented by Internet video business, video business will become a mainstream in the future. In order to allow people to enjoy the Internet, Content Distribution Network was proposed as the primary method to solove the growing traffic demands.The Content Distribution Network solution, it adds more servers to the existing network environment to achieve a new network architecture between user and website. Then it pushes the contents to the edge node according to the network connectivity and load, which is the closest to the user. It will narrow our network distance, and accelerate the access response.Imusic CDN was builded for the imusic center as integrated services accelerated networks solution. It enhances the user experience, and reduces the pressure of source site and network traffic. This paper primarily focuses on designing and implementing the CDN system and admin system by using open source softwares.This two systems were based on the demand of imusic CDN. They will provide content acceleration and content management. The major work of this paper is as follows.1. Design and implementation of the open source CDN system:this paper first explores the basic functions and critical technologies, and then works out an open source CDN system with three layers by comparing the open source softwares to accelerate the content access, thus reducing the construction cost of CDN.2. Design and implementation of the admin system:this management system uses Nginx as web server and MySQL as the background database management system. In system programming, the system adopts PHP as the B/S structure development tools. The system realizes the user management and we can change the global configuration easily. It also provide the cache management and monitor. When something goes wrong, we will recive alarms at the first time. It can statistics and analyze the site visits, and charge the flow of user.3. Test of CDN system and admin system:the results show that our open source CDN outweights the current ones in costs and functions. The open ones can bear with more than one thousand concurrents. The admin system can help user to manage the contents, such as push or delete. With easy expansion, status show of servers, we can manage the whole system easily.
