In recent years, cloud computing has penetrated into all aspects of information resource service application. It provides a new technical skill for multi-source information resources distributed storage, dynamic invocation, real-time processing, and large-scale computing. Apply cloud computing technology into the field of Internet information resources management, can bring positive influence of network information resource management. Make the information resources which have been virtualized into the cloud environment through Internet can not only improve the efficiency of information retrieval, but also make the information management more intelligent, that is to say, cloud service providers of multi-source information via the Internet resource scheduling and allocation, to realize own system resource utilization. Therefore, the research of multi-source information resources management and its service mode have certain commercial value. Besides, The cloud environment is an open service environment, the resources elements, the participants and information services can be in and out. In addition, the information resources not only changes over time, but also change with the users requirements, these changes greatly increased dynamic, scale, complexity and uncertainty of cloud environment, leading to safety and regulatory issues. Therefore, building a credible guarantee mechanism of cloud service model to ensure the security of cloud services and reliable operation has certain research significance.This dissertation emphasizes on exploring the cloud service system of multi-source information resources in the cloud computing environment under the support of State Natural Sciences Foundation (U2012A002D01) and National science and technology support project (12ZK0332) and establishes a cloud service model on this basis. It analyzes the information resource service mode in depth under various internet environments, and comes up with a service model based on the third party supervision mechanism in cloud environment, and at the same time, makes specific analysis on the choice and evaluation to the role of the third party supervision. There are three aspects:(1) This aspect focuses on many problems existing in the information service, such as the single resource scale, the low degree of resource virtualization and poor dynamic adaptability. So this paper comes up with a cloud service model of multi-source information resources in cloud computing environment. Firstly, this paper establishes a multi-source information resources cloud system in cloud computing environment. Secondly, in this environment, it comes up with multi-source information resources, namely, a service model. Finally, this paper states the applications of this model in the field of e-commerce. The results show that this model can well utilize information resources and meet the requirements of clients, thus expanding the application of cloud service in the future and providing a proper system structure to analyze and handle huge information resources of small and medium-sized enterprises.(2) Aiming at the credibility problems of multi-source information resources cloud service system, such as lacking security assurance, supervision and fault tolerance, and the non independence of the present security mechanisms. This dissertation contrasts many cloud service models of information resources on which it mixes the credibility mechanisms and reputation evaluation together, and also brings a trust role of the third party. This paper gives institutional credibility guarantee mechanisms to the third party of service supervision. At last, for middle and small-sized enterprises, it sets the application examples for the e-commerce field. And these applications show that the third party security mechanism, to some extent, can take into consideration the common problems in the cloud service platform of multi-source information resources and further expand to other application area, thus this mechanism has certain universality to the application of different kinds of information services.(3) Aiming at the choice and evaluation problems of the third party in the credible third party service model of the cloud computing environment, taking it into consideration that the credible third party’s evaluation index system has chosen 20 index elements which is adaptable to the multi-source information resources service platform in the cloud environment, this dissertation future sets an evaluation index system. It brings in an Analytic Network Process to set an evaluation model, and applies the credible third party mechanisms to the manufacturing industry. As a result, it establishes a credible third party supervision mechanism which is faced with the manufacturing industry in the cloud computing environment. Aiming at the credible third party in this mechanism, this dissertation also sets an evaluation system and uses Super Decision, a kind of software to calculate in examples towards the third party and then analyzes the results.
