The Design And Implementation Of ATM Monitoring System Based On FLEX

With the rapid development of bank self-service outlets, the number of ATMs is increasing fast. Now the problem that how to manager these ATMs has come. With the development and popularization of mobile terminal equipments, people can do more work by phones or pads instead of PCs. In the view of this situation, the future direction will be how to manage ATMs by phones or pads.Nowadays there are a variety of operating systems in the mobile terminal equipments, but even the same operating system also has different versions. Even though the situation undoubtedly makes it harder to develop a management system in the mobile terminal equipments, we develop a management system based on FLEX. This system has the architecture of FLEX and J2EE and it also uses the MVC design pattern. Many advanced technologies are used such as Spring, FLEX, Hibernate, BlazeDS and so on.Focusing on the design and implementation, this paper has finished these tasks:(1)Considering the background of the company’s previous ATM management system and the requirements of most banks, our team finds the common requirements. Our team develops the standard version of new ATM management system based on these common requirements. When the company deploys the ATM management system in the future, it will improve deployment efficiency that the company can develop the extra functions banks need based on the standard version.(2)According to the diversity of pad systems and the cost of the development, Our team uses the architecture of FLEX+Spring+Hibernate. Based on the common requirements, the standard version of the system is divided into six modules such as info summary, remote control, remote monitor, statistical analysis, map monitor and fault handle. This paper will describe the design of the first 5 modules that I’m responsible for.(3)This paper describes the implements by the specific codes and the actual effects of the functions. This paper analyses the advantages and disadvantages of the system by the analysis of the architecture, codes and actual test data, and also looks forward to the future of the system.This paper mainly describes how to use FLEX+Spring+Hibernate to develop a management system which can run in different operating systems. This system can help users manage ATMs and know statistical data of these ATMs. This system can not only save manpower and material resources, but also can provide reliable reference data for adding ATM self-service outlets in the future.
