Research On Public Welfare Writers Incubation Mechanism Based On Original Cloud Reading Platform

Existing writer cultivation mechanism cannot meet the social demand for writers, thus a wider meaning writer incubation mechanism is needed to solve this problem. Original cloud platform is a mixture of the original literary web sites and cloud reading platforms, therefore it inherits the advantages on writer incubation in both of them. Based on this, this paper tries to build a set of public welfare writer incubation mechanisms which is based on original cloud reading platform to solve these problems above.Through the analysis of the problems existing in the cultivation mechanism of writers in our country, this paper found it difficult to meet the needs of society for writers. Through the analysis of the advantages original cloud reading platform on writer incubation and the analysis of the case of Shanda literature, it found the original cloud platform has application value in writer incubation. However, some adjust is needed for further extension of the application. So this paper proposed a public welfare writer incubation mechanism based on the original cloud reading platform, on the basis of existing platforms and the combination of relevant research results.In this paper, the contribution and innovation of proposed scheme mainly displays in:First, bring the ideas of information management engineering into the area of traditional books. By building a set of public welfare writer incubation mechanisms which is based on original cloud reading platform, using the advanced technologies such as cloud computing, big data, implementing scientific management on related dates of writers and their works with thought of systematic and engineering, establishing relevant mechanisms to solve the problems existing in writers cultivation mode and writers income of traditional mechanism of writers cultivation, thus play a positive promoting role in the development of cultural industry of our Country. Second, use Internet Technology to reform the modes of creating and distribution of traditional books. The creation mode of such topic works is mainly on the issue of paper books way. Therefore it has lots of disadvantages such as long creative cycle, less interaction with readers and higher issue cost. On the basis of learning the experience of creating and issuing of network literature, according to the characteristics of traditional books, this paper has carried on the improvement, putting forward new writing modes, which is suit for traditional books such as interactive writing, chapter writing and on-demand writing, and establishing corresponding contract mechanism, default mechanism and performance evaluation mechanism. And the comprehensive free, universal coverage cloud reading method that adopting in this paper greatly improves the coverage of works in the platform and reduces the cost issue. Third, it modifies the performance evaluation of the original cloud reading platform. Taking the public welfare as a starting point, combining with the characteristics of on-line writing, through the ways of classification grading, internal ranking, and weighting computing on work chapters, this paper modifies the way of performance evaluation of writers. Therefore, it no longer simply rely on hits, subscriptions and other indicators, thus to protect works of niche and social significance.
