The Design And Implementation Of Court Clerk Job Assistant System

Clerk is an important supporting staff of the judicial work, who is responsible for the work of the relevant records of the trial court as well as handling all matters relating to the trial operations in the courts. The work of clerk involves the whole procedure from filing to closing, the quality and efficiency of work of clerk directly determines the efficiency of the trial proceedings.In China, court clerk mainly rely on manual operation to do their work now, including quering case information, registering information of cases, adding party information, arranging the courts and so on. Although the integrated system of court registered relevant information, the clerk had limited authority, so it can not directly provide efficient service for the clerk, which resulted in relatively low efficiency of the clerk, the workload is relatively large.Based on the above, the People’s Court proposed the development of assistant system in clerk job, which is closely integrated with the court, from the perspective of the clerk, aimed at the current processes and characteristics of the work of clerk to support the clerk’s work.The system uses J2EE application architecture, which has good maturity and stability; it takes the advantage of Spring development framework to separate the business logic and system-level services; the system also uses Hibernate providing object-relational mapping solution; what’s more, the system uses jQuery framework to achieve page logic and page performance separation, and it uses Ajax, Comet technology to exchange data for providing a user-friendly experience.The system is mainly designed and implemented the following four modules:namely, clerking ledger module, case information query module, hearing information search module and court clerks’management module. Among them, clerking ledger is the auxiliary core module of clerks’work, which provides information on the case ledger clerk reminded, as well as configuration and modifying the details of the case. Case information query module provides query capabilities of cases for clerks, you can query the case based on a variety of conditions. Hearing information query provides the function of quering hearing information for clerks, thereby facilitating arrangements of trial. Clerks’ management provide the clerks’ CRUD for administrator.
