| Since the motor plays an important role in our daily life or in industrial and agricultural production, its operation condition has been having a huge impact on our lives and production. If faults develop in the motor, the risk will be immeasurable from both safety and security. Thus, motor fault diagnosis is necessary and indispensable. In this paper, on the basis of browsing through the methods in domestic and international development, research and application for motor fault diagnosis, in the application background of motor fault diagnosis, combined with the theory and method of rough set, the determination of the weights and case based reasoning, a motor fault diagnosis algorithm based on rough set theory was studied and established, which can accomplish the diagnosis of motor fault quickly and effectively.First of all, in the specific course of the study, with the related literatures at home and abroad, the paper understood the main failure and its mechanism of the motor to a certain extent, and reviewed the research achievements, what was made by predecessors with some common diagnostic method, and summarized them. Then, to provide motor fault diagnosis with a streamlined decision-making information system, this paper uses a reduction and the core method based on discernibility matrix to remove the redundant information of known information table, successfully reduced the amount of calculation of the algorithm. What is more, in order to avoid the subjective and objective factors in determining the attribute weights is not balanced, this paper use the integrated empowering method to calculate the condition attributes weights of the motor fault decision table, which can distinguish the different importance of condition attributes. Finally, with the case-based reasoning technology, this paper use the method of using old experience reasoning new cases calculate similarity of the samples and fault diagnosis rules in rule base, get sample diagnosis rules, achieve the final result. According to the summary and analysis of the above, it presents a motor fault diagnosis method based on rough set theory. At the end of this paper, using a motor as a specific application example, it analyzed and summarized the concrete steps and process of this algorithm, and used this algorithm to complete the calculations of the instance, and the diagnostic result show that the algorithm has certain feasibility and validity. |
