| With the development of the Chinese automobile market, the major vehicle manufacturers around the world have came to the Chinese market for vehicle sales. Chinese automobile output and consumption have been the first for four years in the world, the automobile production reached 19.31 million in 2013, and car ownership has reached 137 million as of 2013. Faced with the fierce competitions of vehicle sales market, the gap between technical and quality of the same price car is reducing, and aftermarket service quality has become an important reference index when consumers buy a car. Therefore, aftermarket service enhances market competitiveness as an important measure for the major vehicle manufacturers. The basis of high-quality after-sales service is to provide original parts to consumers timely, accurately, and excellently. How to transport the aftermarket parts to the after-sales service station quickly and in less costs becomes a considerable issue. This thesis presents the research on the circular distribution of automotive aftermarket parts logistics research, and its main contents and innovations are as follows:(1) This thesis analyzes the current situation on the parts logistics of JL. According to the management objectives and requirement of JL’s parts logistics, it puts forward a solution to set up the aftermarket parts logistics management system based on the circular distribution, establishes the most suitable parts distribution line model, and optimizes the business processes.(2) The vehicle path planning models of parts logistics are constructed based on the circular distribution theories After the analysis of different optimization algorithms on vehicle path issue, the ant colony optimization is chosen and the relevant mathematical model is constructed, the basic algorithm procedure is given and improvement is made in order to satisfy the particularities of parts logistics, best route planning and vehicle arrangements are achieved, and this algorithm is applied to solve the issue.(3) According to the vehicle optimization algorithm applied to JL’s parts logistics management mode, service station and regional distribution center get the optimal vehicle distribution lines of the order information by optimal vehicle distribution algorithm. Otherwise, it realizes the timely and dynamic management of aftermarket parts logistics distribution system and completes design and development of automotive aftermarket parts logistics management system based on the circular distribution by integrating the entire automotive aftermarket parts logistics network. |
