| Besides being the raw material of various kinds of industrial production, precursor chemicals serve as an important source for narcotic drugs, making it of practical meaning to supervise the circulation process more effectively. Along with the supervision of precursor chemicals, the massive amount of permission certificates during the supervision process also need to be systematically managed and normalized.The system concerned in this thesis is aimed at the narcotic control department in public security bureau. The main task will be clarified below in the center of the generating, archiving and indexing of the precursor chemicals archives. All the content referred to will strictly abide by “the Discipline and Management Standard of Electronic Fileâ€, “the Discipline of Retention Period on the Archiving Range and the Paperwork Archive of Organsâ€. It will make a reasonable design of the life style, archiving process and indexing of the needed archives, whose integrity, authenticity and utility will be guaranteed. The whole system is based on C/S structure of the.NET platform, as well as adopting MVC pattern for design. The main content contains using Web Service tech for the data exchange between the internal and external network from the company and the bureau to acquire the needed data, in addition to the authority control tech for the reliability ensuring of the transferred data. The Crystal Report tech is applied for the display of the core content of the archives. The Client applies the Winform interface and the SQL Server is chosen for the Server Database for the fulfillment of the core function of this system. The main function characteristics and tech features are listed as follows.1. The system is designed on.NET platform. Under the C/S architecture, a developing solution referring to MVC model is obtained.Among the layers in MVC, the Model layer combines the business logical and data consistent layer of the precursor chemicals together. The main operation of the database is fulfilled with the aid of the public class library, including the management of the archive information and user information; the View and Control layer adopt the Winform interface and Event programming for realization, satisfying the generating, archiving, indexing and supervision process of the archives. The security and flexibility can also be guaranteed in this way. The Server database applies SQL Server 2008 to play the role of main archive information sourcing and log file saving.2. The Server completes the remote data communication with the deployment of Web Service structure, fulfilling the data exchange between the internal and external network.This system obtains the needed data from the already existed “System of Supervision and Management of Precursor Chemicals†which bases on B/S platform. The system adopts the Web Service tech, considering the contrast between the system operating platform, which is compatible for combining the advantage of the component-oriented methods and Web crucial techs. It can fulfill communication by various standard network protocols, thus satisfying the cross-platform and multilingual platform of distributed operation application program, with the help of XML, SOAP WSDL and some other related content. Meanwhile, in order to guarantee the integrity and reality of the archive data transmission, the system uses access control tech and some other network security techs to figure the authority control of user access on context and files.3. This thesis puts forward the management problem of “ the archive life cycleâ€, based on which the core functions of the system are implemented.This thesis makes a definition of “the archive life cycleâ€, phases of whose include generating, archiving, indexing and removing. Basic problems involved in each phase are also analyzed. It takes the management of “the archive life cycle†as the design standard for the major business content, with whose help main functions of the system are implemented.4. The system adopts the Crystal Reports plug-in of Visual Studio for the implementation of archive core content’s display.The system combines the Pull and Push mode flexibly for the correct display of content filling and content formats of the archive data, thus ensuring the correctness and precision of the archive content. Also, the system will make use of some extensive functions of CR in further application for the statistics report. |
