Design And Implementation Of Industry And Commerce Administration Online Education Training Platform Based On RMI Service

According to the national industry and commerce administration informatization "eleventh five-year plan" planning outline and fujian industrial and commercial administration informatization construction program of work between 2007-2010, internal affairs management informatization is an integral part of the information construction. The construction of the province industry and commerce system online education training system, will ensure the education training work development, improve education training work quality and level.Fujian industry and commerce administration online education training platform is composed of unified user management, RMI service middleware, content management, online examination. The completion of the platform will provide an effective learning training and examination platform for staffs, can step to strengthen the information construction of cadres and personnel training, will provide a uniform interface and information services, and resource sharing for the internal administrative affairs management platform integration..First, this article states the background of online education training platform. We researched and developed this system on the basis of comprehensive analysis of both domestic and international current situation. The system is based on the integrated application of RMI, UUMS, SOA. In this paper, we discussed about the outline design of Fujian industry and commerce administration online education training platform and gave a detailed description for design and implement of the system.
