Abstract/Summary:
With the rapid development of information technology today, the gas station management system developed by using the software maintenance of mature information technology also emerge as time requires and gradually put into use. Maintenance management system of gas regulator station is the station made of basic information management, department management, personnel management, GPS surveillance system, station repair, maintenance plan, spare parts management, work order management, vehicle management, screen calls shells, call management and statistical reporting system for overall management, to improve the service life of equipment use and repair speed, so as to ensure the normal gas supply. The covers of maintenance management system are closely linked with the maintenance task department management system, which play a central role in promoting to meet and make decentralized city public facilities, equipment and enterprise equipment maintenance management information and automation.Author elaborates the Design, implementation and development of gas pressure regulating station maintenance management platform in Shanghai city Gas Co. The gas pressure regulating station maintenance management platform will import basic data of information management, management, personnel management, GPS monitoring system, station maintenance, overhaul plan via Ethernet, spare parts management, vehicle management, enter or import system and audit, processing and storage of complete information, and assess them, processing and storage of complete information, the unity of the repair and maintenance work order management to generate the statistical report.This paper designs the hierarchical model of the gas station maintenance management software, completes the station of basic information, maintenance management and satellite map combination configuration, combines with the station query conditions which shows the corresponding results in the station distribution, the comprehensive information and the query conditions corresponding in the station comprehensive information page; The design and implementation of a unified interface to connect a variety of database, such as the data source which can provide a framework for unified access to a variety of relational database, the completed version of the maintenance business management and the basic information database, team management, spare parts information management, customer service hotline number according to the correlation between libraries, accomplishes the association information synchronization function; the design and implementation of GPS monitoring system function, complete vehicle monitoring function, map making function, vehicle information management and personnel information management function; Design and implementation of the maintenance service management functions, management foundation station has been completed in the original plan and annual plan on the basis of actual maintenance monthly, weekly, to adjust the original monthly plan, weekly plan, related work order management, dynamic display of the actual plan; design and implementation of spare parts management function, the complete configuration information corresponding to the maintenance plan and spare parts; the design and implementation of the customer service hotline management functions, the complete seat grouping and call intelligent allocation standard and recording configuration, seating.The result of this system shows the debugging and testing results, the gas station maintenance platform system elaborated in this thesis basically meets the basic functional requirements of the Gas Co. The system has good function and reliability, which meets the expectation of system design and application, which provides the evidence of design and development of business system for future reference.
