In recent years, as the domestic private cars increased, the national road traffic becomes more congested. Emissions causes smog more and more seriously. Carpooling can improve environmental pollution and ease traffic congestion, response to the national policy for conserving energy and reducing emissions. The thesis studies and designs the Internet carpooling platform, the development of the Internet mature technology is analyzed, designs and develops the internet carpooling platform in detail.Firstly, the thesis introduces the carpooling platform required related technologies. According to the characteristics of the Internet carpooling, the thesis makes system requirements analysis, summarizes the problem during the carpooling about safety, timeliness, matching, real-name. At the same time, it analyzes the security, reliability and scalability of the Internet carpooling platform. In this paper, we study the key in the system design stage. In view of the system requirements analysis stage, the thesis designs the scheme and function in detail. Main functions include carpooling information acquisition, real-name authentication based on the sociological, the address matching of latitude and longitude, guarantee carpooling, focusing on carpooling route and automatically signing the agreement of carpooling. In addition, the thesis designs the system security to the whole Internet carpooling platform. The thesis introduces the key step, flow chart and database design to realize carpooling platform in detail during the implementation phase of the system. Finally, the thesis tests the Internet carpooling platform about unit and functional.The design of system conforms to the requirement of the Internet carpooling platform about the safety, effectivity and speediness. The thesis responses to the national policy for conserving energy and reducing emissions, provides theoretical and practical support about controlling the environmental pollution and improving traffic jams.
