Research On Public Policy Integrated Communication Model And Practice Strategy

Social issues led by diverse stakeholder are becoming increasingly serious, with intensified social stratification and separated interest pattern caused by social transformation and socialism market economic system reform, which needs a series of public policy to adjust a variety of interest relationship. Therefore, it is not only inevitable for us to form scientific public policy, but far-reaching significance to study the model of public policy communication.Methods of document analysis and case study have been used in this paper. We construct public policy integrated communication model from two perspectives, subject-object relationship of public policy communication system and integrated communication system and media, according to a large number of documents on public policy communication, government communication model and integrated communication.Two main conclusions are made as follows. On the one hand, we claim that the subsystem of public policy communication should be integrated included government internal and external communication. On the other hand, media system of public policy communication should be integrated included traditional media, new media and other media tools. The comprehensive effect will reach the highest level, if these two sides be taken into account.
