Zibo Life Insurance Company has some restrictions hindering the marketing personnel management; using computer management system to complete the marketing personnel management for Zibo Life Insurance Company can objectively meet the needs of the insurance company management. Therefore, the design and implementation of the marketing personnel management system is the premise for Zibo Life Insurance Company embarking on the track of modern scientific management.The architecture of the marketing personnel management system for Zibo Life Insurance Company is developed by J2EE platform, as well as mature struts framework based on MVC, hibernate framework, and spring framework on the stage. J2EE platform selected by the system can use an application model based on components to provide a unified standard for distributed applications. In addition, in order to ensure the scalability and reusability of the marketing personnel management system, using the MVC design pattern for system hierarchy during framing system. In the system, using the user interface controller to control the generation of webpage, forward business components, achieve separation of model and view, so that each functional module of the system gets the effect of loose coupling, improving flexibility, reusability and maintainability of the marketing personnel management system.The marketing personnel management system is based on existing businesses of Zibo Life Insurance Company, and is combined with the actual marketing personnel management functions, and is specially designed and implemented for the insurance company. The system achieves five functions, marketing personnel’s business code setting, promotion and demotion management, marketing personnel dimission, remuneration management, and managers plan. Marketing personnel’s business code setting mainly achieve salesman’s basic information inquiry and addition, rapid entry of salesman organization, additional information addition. Promotion and demotion management includes promoting director, promoting senior marketing consultant, personnel promotion in management system, personnel demotion in business system, personnel demotion in management system, and promoting marketing manager. Marketing personnel dimission mainly achieve functions of exporting the marketing personnel information, personnel dimission in business system, personnel dimission in management system. Remuneration management mainly achieve functions of salesman library check, plusing and deducting money processing, generating payroll, and marketing personnel’s commission account management. Managers plan mainly achieve functions of planning manager number setting, importing personnel enjoying managers plan, and exporting personnel personnel enjoying managers plan.With the design and implementation, this system provides maintenance of marketing personnel’s promotion and demotion for runners of the insurance company, facilities analysis of the marketing personnel’s remuneration, dimission, etc., thus better serving Zibo Life Insurance Company and increasing the marketing personnel’s sales performance. The system makes the marketing personnel management of Zibo Life Insurance Company more scientific and rational; allows the company timely adjust the marketing personnel as the market changes, and ultimately ensure the insurance company in an invincible position in the rapidly changing market competition.
