The maintenance company of State Grid Shandong Power Company substation maintenance center is mainly responsible for the province’s 500kV substation maintenance work. For now, there is no unified equipment coding standards and materials management ledger in central substation maintenance, the existing data can not be effectively combined to form an overall production management processes, and the management information level of substation maintenance center need to be improved. So substation maintenance center decided to develop management systems for routine information management.This paper discusses the background of the research for substation maintenance center management platform at first, and describes the current research for system at home and abroad, and analyze the system’s functional requirements and non-functional requirements, describing the system requirements in the form of a flow chart and using case diagram to explain in detail; When comes to design the system network architecture, technical architecture design and functional architecture design, each module about production management and asset management and other in requirement analysis presented using UML class diagrams, sequence diagrams, collaboration diagrams, activity diagrams, etc. for the detailed design and describes how the database design. Finally, it describes the implementation and testing of the system, and describes the implementations of the system view layer, control layer, the business layer and persistence layer, respectively, demonstrating the system interface.The system uses JAVA technology roadmap, applying service-oriented architecture (SOA) thinking, taking the use of the view layer, control layer, business layer, persistence layer to build system technology architecture, using SSH (Struts, Spring, Hibernate) framework technology for system implementation. System implements asset management, production management, security management, shop floor management, operation and maintenance management and rights management. Asset Management implements equipment ledger management, maintenance records management, spare parts management, technical parameters management, data report management, statistical queries. Safety management system achieves the safety management, safety education management, security personnel management, accident statistics and analysis, emergency management in workshop, troubleshooting and escalation management. Production management achieves work program management, project management, equipment defect management, standards management, technology management. Workshop management is mainly vehicle management, team culture management, organization management, team honors management, training management. Operation and maintenance management information implements a major operation and maintenance management, work order management in engine room. Permissions are set to achieve a hierarchical setting permissions and permissions setting by the business.System, now officially putting into use, has become a powerful information management tools for State Grid Shandong maintenance company substation maintenance center, through all aspects of daily production in substation maintenance, reducing operating and administrative costs.
