The Design And Implementation Of Food Production License Examination Management System For Weihai Food And Drug Administration

Weihai Food and Drug Administration has had a set of management documents that ensuring food production quality for the review management of food production license, but only rely on documents is not enough for the enterprise management. Food and Drug Administration is gradually strengthening information management of food production process, many Food and Drug Administrations in our country have used information management system to manage the review of food production license. In order to more effectively review the process of food production management, Weihai FDA decided to design and implement a food production license review management system, hoping that the use of the system can provide a unified standard of review for enterprises, improve normalization of submitted materials, increase work efficiency of FDA, and reduce the delay of new policies in the review process of food production license.Weihai FDA food production license review management system used B / S mode and the relational database SQL SERVER 2012. In the design process of the food production license review management system, mainly using the MVC pattern for layered design of the system, the front page used jsp technology, html technology, CSS cascading style sheets, DIV technology and Iframe framework, the control of background processes used the controller of struts framework for skip, data encapsulation used hibernate framework for mapping database, logic processing used spring framework for operation.The system mainly achieved the four modules:submitted application materials module, accepted materials module, site review module and rectification and supervision module. Submitted application materials module implemented five sub-modules, project reporting, project submission, printing the application, withdrawing the application, and the unit’s declare history. Accepted materials module implemented three sub-modules, acceptance return and revision, acceptance through printing, displaying submitted materials after accepting. Site review module implemented four sub-modules, viewing verification plan, submitting materials online, downloading the applicant’s upload files and downloading verification and confirm files. Rectification and supervision module implemented two sub-modules, site confirm and rectification report.The operation of Weihai FDA food production license review management system cleared responsibility of the review process, improved the review management process, provided more supports for the management of the safety production license review, and played a greater role in promoting the economy development.
