InSAR technology is to obtain digital elevation model (DEM), which through the interferometric processing of two obtained SAR image processing and a series of related processing. As a space of the great research value of measurement technology, the strategic position and role of InSAR has attracted worldwide attention, whether in the field of national economic development, or in the military field has been widely used.In this paper, we study the subsequent high-precision interference SAR image processing problems, mainly is the InSAR data processing of the three key technologies:image registration, filtering for interferometric phase image and phase unwrapping. In order to facilitate to deal directly with the InSAR data, further promote the application of the InSAR technology level, we have consummated the interferometric processing algorithm and written interference interferometric processing software.Image registration is mainly to solve the space decorrelation caused by the mismatch problem. Due to traditional image registration algorithm is difficult to meet the requirements of registration accuracy and speed at the same time, this paper studies a kind of block multi-level image registration method,which is mainly to solve the space related loss caused by the mismatch problem, based on correlation function, while maintaining robustness correlation function method, the correlation coefficient for rapid calculation, greatly improve the speed of registration.Interferometric phase filter is obtained after the registration interferometric phase filtering, to eliminate the influence of the noise in the system. Because the current phase filtering algorithm which greatly improves the speed of the phase filtering in the pursuit of quality of filter would sacrifice image spatial resolution or filtering speed, this paper studies the filtering method is a rapid interferometric phase and the Sigma adaptive filtering method which is more significant than the current phase filtering algorithm, but less fast.Phase unwrapping as the last of the three key technologies, is to get no winding interferometric phase. In view of the traditional phase unwrapping bound algorithm cannot meet the requirement of high precision and high speed, this paper studies a kind of based on the fast phase of intensive residual divided nearly bound algorithm and based on the maximum heap quality guide rapid phase unwrapping algorithm.Through actual InSAR data validation, the two entangled accuracy and speed of the algorithm are improved greatly.Finally, we have written the InSAR system interference processing software, implemented the above three key technologies of processing link and generated high-precision without winding interferometric phase. Through actual InSAR data validation, the software has a good stability, fast processing speed and high processing precision. |
