| Recent days, there is lots of Agile Software Engineer (ASE) methodologies have been raised into software industry. Among all agile methodologies, Scrum framework is one of the most popular and most chosen one. Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Software, a well-known complex product in the software industry, is using modularization in the architecture level to reduce the complexity. And, ERP software always faces the pressure about speeding up their delivery to rapidly response to the customer’s requirement. Meanwhile, ERP software also need reflect on the technology’s innovation.This thesis researches the real ERP software project that applied the Scrum framework, and analyzed the issues that the project has met. This thesis introduces the Real-time mechanism for the gap between planning and actual in time management. Using this mechanism project manager can focus on the adjustment of execution. The thesis also develops a monitoring mechanism for Modularization in risk management. The thesis also combines the Quality with Requirement in Scrum Framework to solve the conflict, and lists the relevant tests that are suitable for the Scrum model to ensure the Quality.This thesis compares the effects in the project that applied the mechanism and mythology mentioned above. And it summaries the validity of the management models for ERP software project which uses Scrum. |
