| Before Year 2008, in China, for the understanding of banking business, most of the Chinese can only think about those traditional businesses like Saving & Checking account, Loan etc. But after the global ecomonic crisis on year 2008, more and more people get to know the idea of products like structured notes, investment derivatives etc which are related to the banking investment Businesses. Since these products and businesses has not been widely carried out in China, Chinese financial market and investor has been able to survive from this disaster. On the other side, we have recganized that the issuance of securities, underwriting, trading, corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, investment analysis, risk investment, project financing and investment banking business has quickly become the profit growth point for most of the banks. Under the globalization and electronic background, more and more investors ride on the ebusiness platform to do the investment in the global market. So how to build up a strong and stable eBusiness platform has become more and more important for each of bank.This paper will introduce the concept of SOA. Riding on its benefits:-Loose Coupling, Reusability and Encapsulation, we will do the restructure of the current system architecture and study how to apply the concept of SOA into the system design & implementation which will allow the system to make quick response to the business or market requirement change. Even for business flow currently can’t be handled thru SOA structure, we will study the alternative solution to achieve the goal of optimizing the structure, increasing the automation control and saving manpower cost. |
