| With the development of economy and technology,online shopping has become a common way people shopping.There is also a growing love in online bookstores. In recent years,online bookstores appearance such as bamboo shoots after a spring rain, each big bookstore has launched its online bookstore.There is a trend that online bookstore will gradually replace the entity bookstore. An important factor that online bookstore can achieve greater development is its logistics mode can keep up with the development of the times. Research on the logistics mode of online bookstore in this context becomes a necessity.This paper studies the online bookstore’s logistics mode,defines its concept,and briefly introduces three kinds of logistics modes of online bookstore:self logistics mode, third party logistics mode,self support and outsourcing logistics model. Analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of these three kinds of mode.Then introduces the development status of online bookstore and logistics. And focuses on the Amazon online bookstore’s logistics mode.With the expansion of the Amazon operating scale,the order of increasing,the Amazon online bookstore has a different logistics mode in different periods:orders have reached a certain size,choose the third party logistics mode;when the order quantity to achieve economies of scale,choose the combination of self and the third party model. On holidays, Amazon will take different strategies: the Amazon logistics holidays to take a more slow logistics strategy.Establish a framework for comparative to analysis of the effect of the Amazon online bookstore logistics mode.In this paper,the domestic entity bookstore when they open online bookstore, or online bookstore should draw lessons from the Amazon online bookstore’s logistics mode,in the short term and long term use different logistics mode,cost savings, reduce the price,in order to meet the changing needs of consumers, to "take the customer as the center". |
