Presently, electronic production handicraft mostly use SMT surface technology.However, manual weld still exist. This paper directed at the weld craft of the circuit board in the faint air fan assembly line, in order to achieve soldering automatically.For this, a special welding machine is designed in this topic, which introduces right angle axes robot structure designation,to locate and operate through three axis motion.On the other hand, this topic develops a special manipulator control system according to welding machine operating. STM32F103VET6 was chosen to be the processor, then build the control system, including communication module, memory expansion module interface circuit, and switch interface circuit, etc. As for software, mainly based on STM32F103VET6 and on ARM chip, the whole welding process will be decided by theresearch of the welding machines operating substance. Software in embedded real-time operating system is created on the center on STM32F103VET6,and by use of system μC/OS-Ⅱ,it can make cording,system migration and application programming, so as to realize the oftware designation of the control system. Another, the designation contains man-machine interactive system based on Lab VIEW, and this can enable users manage and supervise their welding process more conveniently; make lower computer and upper computer communicate through MAX232,moreover, it will realize the functions of interaction and teaching by taking advantage of the data processing and analysis ability of upper computer.
