It brings out the urgent need to establish a unified and high standards diagnosis system for EPON network home gateway terminal which can collect gateway information. Putting forward requirement on function, fault phenomenon, content acquisition, real-time and some other aspects. We need to develop new automatic diagnosis system based on EPON network technology to replace the original DSL narrowband system.According to the comparative analysis on the data of the EPON network for home gateway management,telecom standard and DSL access network auto diagnosis system.In this article we design automatic classification of avoidance system design of home gateway model for EPON access network.By using hierarchical design, web service, customer oriented model designing.The specific originality ideas and methods have been proposed to meet the present situation the initial goal that numbers of terminal type, the whole process of diagnosis across, various system multiplexing.This system also conform to the government’s policy in energy-saving emission reduction which is called environmental protection and sustainable development. The whole system can be deployed in standalone mode or multiplexing into another system without a single hardware platform.Concentrating on the data exchanging progress between home gateway and management platform.This system realize some pertinence diagnose models in high bandwidth business such as Internet surfing, IPTV watching, telephone service in EPON access network information processing with integrated,accuracy, timeliness and Efficiency. Not only the hardware breaking down but also the application instability and error data in remote configuration.Moreover,the explore in building a comprehensive diagnosis system on EPON network environment at all levels to implement end-to-end auto diagnosis gives an effective off to a good start to achieve the final goal:"full coverage, full collection".This system meets the guidance direction and requirements of China Telecom Enterprise on centralized automatic diagnosis supplementary system with importance of advance and practical implications.Also taking first position in customer service support systems all over the country.
