With the rapid development of modern electronic warfare, a variety of new radar reconnaissance and jamming methods appeared, radar threat(anti-radiation missile, electronic interference, low penetration and stealth target) is more serious. Compared with the traditional single base radar’s weaknesses, bistatic radar is proposed for radar against threats, and MIMO technology after is introduced into the field of radar also let bistatic radar in saturation attack resistance and radar precision tracking far better than the traditional. MIMO(Multiple Input Multiple Output)radar is communication technology innovation and application in the field of radar, and draw lessons from the communication technology in spatial multiplexing and diversity gain, improving the capacity of the channel and the fading resistance. This kind of radar through launch multiple signal to complete orthogonal wide beam coverage for detecting airspace, reusing multiple receiving array yuan independent and combined filtering approach, let the MIMO radar have in complex electromagnetic environment to test the ability of weak target, in a major breakthrough in reconnaissance and stealth target tracking. MIMO radar is communication technology innovation and application of the radar using the ideas of spatial multiplexing and diversity gain, not only increase the channel capacity and resistance to decline, and in the detection of stealth targets have prominent advantages. MIMO radar multiple transmitting antenna spacing makes it can obtain many space diversity gain, and receive signals from all accept arrays can be independent and through joint processing of the echo signal to improve the target RCS glint, so that we can improve the detection ability of radar to the target.Compared with the traditional radar, MIMO radar have outstanding advantages in weak target detection ability, resistance to intercept performance,and speed resolution, therefore, the potential of the new system radar quickly become a hot spot of radar equipment research and manufacturing, and will soon be applied to the military field, so the research of MIMO radar jamming technology is imperative.This article first introduces the basic structure of the MIMO radar, bistatic MIMO radar signal model is constructed, through mutual fuzzy function points out that the OFDM LFM signal as MIMO radar transmitted waveform meet the requirements on the frequency interval, MIMO radar echo signal processing was analyzed. Then, according to the conventional radar detection theory MIMO radar detection method is proposed, through an improved subspace spectrum algorithm to estimate the DOA of the MIMO radar, and with the Capon algorithm and two other kinds of MUSIC algorithm, and proves that the algorithm can under low signal-to-noise ratio to estimate DOA of MIMO radar. For this article in view of the MIMO radar is proposed based on digital radio frequency memory system(DRFM) of two kinds of jamming methods provide the necessary conditions.Finally, in light of different working principle of MIMO and echo signal processing procedure, this paper analysis the weak links of MIMO radar, and puts forward the effective jamming strategy. The jamming signal is produced according to the launch of MIMO radar signal. We make an assumptions that we investigate the launch of MIMO signal accurately by using improved DOA estimation algorithm mentioned in this paper,.In cover type interference, due to its discontinuous work bandwidth, in order to improve the utilization of interference signal power, through the random selection of frequency point in different bandwidth to generate the comb spectrum interference signal, and then to oppressive jamming of MIMO radar, through the simulation verify the effectiveness of this method of interference;In terms of deception interference, in has detected under the premise of MIMO radar’s transmitting signal, this paper proposes a method based on intermittent sampling and convolution modulation interference, through this method produces a large number of false target deception jamming for MIMO, and the feasibility of this method is verified by simulation.
