With the wide application of electronic products in various aspects, the effect of electromagnetic interference problem becomes increasingly prominent, which interferes with the normal operation of the products and affects people’s health. Therefore, it is urgently needed to improve the electromagnetic compatibility of all kinds of electronic products. In addition, the test workload will be gradually increased with the measured product categories increased and testing standards improved, so the speed test is need to be further improved. In the face of such problems, the rapid developments of computer software and hardware technology provide the opportunity to build on EMC automatic test platform.Conducted emission test is used to test the conducted disturbance of system power and ports, system of product testing should not exceed the required limit of disturbance. Power source port test is conducted by the power network and the receiver, by the power network to the power supply system, port receiver is used to test power value. Two dectors need a receiver in the process of measurement: mean average value detector and peak detector quasi-peak detector. Conducted emission test generally measure 0.15 ~ 30 MHZ band.This paper researches the electromagnetic transmission and harassment testing technology based on the principle of conduction disturbance measurement. This paper uses LabVIEW 2013 software platform develop conduction harassment of automatic measurement system software, and carry on the comparison of test results with the help of EMC laboratory in Shandong Institute of Metrology. The results of the test are accurate and reliable and can be applied to the actual measurement task. The main research work in this paper is as follows:(1) Conducted interference of electromagnetic compatibility measurement principle is analyzed.This paper also distinguishes between two common mode and differential mode interference pattern and is familiar with test method, test indicators, and relevant test configuration.(2) According to the overall design scheme of system, the hardware structure of conduction disturbance measuring system is built. A computer controlled by GPIB cable measuring receiver carries on test, artificial mains network devices from the subjects of sampling disturbance signal measures the measuring receiver through coaxial cable transmission in order to complete measuring process. This paper also has carried on the detailed introduction of the hardware structure design.(3) Conduction disturbance measurement based on the LabVIEW software is designed and implemented. The cores of system software design are parameter operation module, data acquisition module, data analysis module, data storage module and report generation module. The human-computer interaction interface is concise and friendly user interface. The hardware interface of the instrument is GPIB interface.(4) Conduct the disturbance test is implemented in Shandong Institute of Metrology EMC laboratory. The software tests and routine test results are compared and analyzed. |
