Design Of EMC Analyzing Software In Radio Management

As increasingly developing on radio projects, enhancing of information-based means, and transformation of government function, a new higher requirement for our radio managers has been presented. It required that how we carry out the management with information-based means to meet the development of radio management business under the new situations. It is a very important matter that we should face.One important work on our radio management is the stations examination and approval, the effective EMC analyses must provided before that. However, the work procedure now still are to take local monitoring and acquire the data and than analyze it. This approach can not support the heavy stations examination and approval as increasing number of the stations. Now there are advanced monitoring systems, complete database and detailed geographical information systems, which we already had. The particularly important task is to design the complete EMC analyzing software using these three elements, so as to examine and approve the stations, evaluate electromagnetic environment at specific position and simulate on the local data effectively.The software design presented in this paper is based on the practical requirements for radio managements and developing the software under consideration of system configuration of EMC analyzing software, function analyzing and design target, project item managements, transmission feature analyzing, system scheme, data analyzing, map operation, numerical value calculation and so on. It included the specific requirements in radio regulation work and the specific analyzing processes, and combined with three main functions:monitoring, stations management and geographical information.The design of EMC analyzing software provided the necessary guidance and confirm foundation for further developing "Radio EMC analyzing software on Shaanxi province".
